Return & Refund Policy
Nexus Signals memberships grant immediate access to digital research and educational content. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Digital subscriptions
Paid Nexus Signals memberships (Premium and Pro) are recurring digital subscriptions. They are billed through Whop and its payment processors, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
Refunds
Memberships grant access to digital research and educational content delivered immediately upon purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time within a billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your Whop account to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops all future charges. It does not refund the current billing period — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it ends.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your Whop account at whop.com.
- Open your memberships and select your Nexus Signals membership.
- Choose to cancel the subscription. You will keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Exceptions and legal rights
Some jurisdictions, and certain card-network or Whop processor rules, grant additional refund, chargeback, or cooling-off rights for digital purchases. Where those rights apply to you, we honor them. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer-protection right you have under the law of your jurisdiction.
Billing problems
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or believe there is a billing mistake, contact us at support@nexusbot.cc and we will review it promptly.
