What we collect

• Account identifiers from Discord and Whop — e.g., username/ID and the email used for membership.
• Payment status — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and interaction data needed to run the bot, scope memory per user, and operate the community.

Why we collect it

To provide access, deliver the Service, scope the bot's memory to the correct user, process payments via the processor, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

Bot memory

The Discord bot stores per-user interaction context so it can function and answer your questions in context. This memory is scoped to your account. You can request deletion of your stored interaction data at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Sharing

We share data with the service providers we rely on to operate the Service — including Discord, Whop, our payment processor, hosting, and AI/model providers. We do not sell personal data.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at privacy@nexusbot.cc, subject to records we must keep for legal or financial reasons.

Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@nexusbot.cc and we will delete it.

International users / regional rights

If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another regulated region, you may have additional rights over your personal data (such as access, correction, deletion, and portability). To exercise any such right, contact privacy@nexusbot.cc.

We will post updates to this policy with a new "last updated" date.
